Especially if your daily task, like that of Spartan’s Stephen Kabini, is ensuring that all the Spartan vehicles are licensed on time and all have their applicable COFs! Often sent in the wrong direction or supplied with incomplete paperwork by the authorities, it could take up to TEN tries just to get one vehicle sorted out!

Stephen started working at Spartan Truck Hire as a driver in 1987, and steadily climbed the Spartan ladder until he was appointed as supervisor in 1998, responsible for overseeing a contract in Wadeville. Today, Stephen is the very proud (and very patient!) Assistant Fleet Controller and Yard Supervisor at Spartan’s main depot. Stephen boasts an excellent track record, and his pride and joy is his outstanding relationship with both his colleagues and his management team. Way to go, Mr. Kabini!
