Algae-X International has expanded its tank cleaning equipment line with the MTC-HC50 high capacity mobile tank cleaning and fuel restoration system.

The system was developed for high capacity filtration, fuel conditioning and water separation. It is used to recondition, stabilise and decontaminate diesel fuel, biodiesel, light oils and hydraulics fluids containing solids up to 6.35mm and is designed for use in vehicle fleets, tank service and cleaning companies as well as fuel suppliers to clean tanks and restore fuel.

The system has an adjustable flow rate of 25 to 100 gm/min and is compact enough to fit onto a pick up or a trailer allowing it to be transported for in-field use.

The cleaning system combines a primary fine filter and secondary coalescing/water block filter to remove particulates from 1 to 100 microns. It also incorporates Algae-X’s LG 4000 fuel conditioner and RCM 1500 water separator.
