After Sales Service
Few customers are comfortable with allowing anyone other than GRW to undertake work on their tankers when accident or other repairs are necessary. The same applies when major refurbishing is needed to extend the economic life of tanker units. GRW in Isando offers a fully equipped facility to undertake repairs and refurbishing for clients based in Gauteng.

Training & Motivation
GRW has invested in its work force of some 260 employees and its commitment to employee excellence has fostered the development of highly skilled and competent technicians, supervisors and management. The company has, through its training officer, developed six highly credible programmes focused on welding techniques.

Working with sector training authority MERSETA, GRW has achieved accreditation to undertake ABET and basic skills training for unskilled workers in their employment and those of other companies.

Last Words
"We try our best to achieve our goals and objectives through teamwork, a shared vision and common purpose to be the best road tanker builders in the country and beyond. We view each and every employee as a valuable member of the team. Their individual contributions are important. Together we can achieve more. We believe in transparent communication. We are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations and believe that in working together, we can find solutions that meet their needs." - Gerhard van der Merwe.
