FleetWatch - 69-Update Biofuels

The biofuels debate has gone to ground for the time being. It is not the hot topic it was a year ago, now that there is a better understanding of the biofuel/food debate - at times more like an argument. The silence in South Africa is not likely to change until the government announces the national biofuels strategy in its final form. This was slated for October 2008. We shall just have to wait and see.
