Stilled at the Edge of the Floods The terrible floods that swept across Mozambique, Mpumalanga, Northern Province and Zimbabwe in February - and into March in Mozambique - showed that the southern African region is not well equipped for disaster management. FleetWatch surveyed the happenings and concludes that truckers can prepare for a long haul into an uncertain future in the flood-hit eastern half of Southern Africa. |
