Volvo Sweden to Take Over in South Africa

It's official: What Billy Rautenbach started with Swedish Truck Distributors, AB Volvo will continue. Following months of uncertainty regarding the future of Volvo's operations in South Africa, FleetWatch can confirm that AB Volvo is definately coming into the country to ensure the conitnuity and growth of the marque in this region.

A Lesson to Be Learnt

While FleetWatch greets as good news the fact that AB Volvo is taking over where Billy Rautenbach left off, it would be remiss of us to let AB Volvo off the hook for its failure to clearly communicate with its clients that they would be okay in the long run. There is a great lesson to be learnt here for all companies who may fall on hard times.

Progress Made at Joint Meeting
