The VLM is
a low cost, portable, weigh-in motion system. The system measures
the wheel-, axle-, axle group-, and gross vehicle mass and differs
from conventional weighing equipment in that a vehicle is not required
to stop on the weighing device. The vehicle is weighed at a speed
