News from Leader Tread is that the company has signed a contract with Marangoni to be the sole distributors of Ringtread in South Africa and certain other African countries.
Marangoni Tread's leading product is Ringtreads, claimed to be the only retreading system that combines circular and jointless precured treads - as in a new tyre - with innovative retread technology that utilizes an exclusive ring buffing and building method.
Leader Tread and Marangoni share the same philosophy, which is to provide customer satisfaction with high quality products at competitive prices. In this respect, Ringtreads will represent the premium product in Leader Tread's tread range for end users that are seeking a retread of the same quality as a premium branded new tyre.
The main advantages of Ringtread are greater reliability and performance as well as savings in fuel consumption due to lower rolling resistance. To satisfy individual operator needs, Ringtread has developed a range that includes designs for all operations which are application specific.
The Ringtread product will be available from Leader Tread and the Leader Tread dealers who have been selected to market the Ringtreads. They are: Cockpit tyres, Dudhia Treads, Fast Fit, Hi-Q Queenstown, Harry's tyres, Highway tyres, Kilo treads, Royal Vulcanising, Suregrip, Tyrepro and Tyres R Us.
