It's official. We're not the only ones who do stupid things on the roads - as these pictures prove. They were sent to FleetWatch by BP's Lyndon Smith who received them from one of his safety colleagues in Australia. This 'accident' happened on the Kalgoorlie to Perth road. A culvert was being installed across the road with a detour gravel road graded around the whole area. The truckie, however, just rode on clean through the detour signs and punted straight into the trench. Amazingly, he survived with minor injuries! There's hope for us yet. Eeeish!
