The subject of toll fees has understandably raised a certain amount of anxiety among residents living in the immediate vicinity of the road. This has not been ignored by N3TC and concession rates or discounted toll fees for local residents will be implemented.

Local residents will, for example, be able to make continued use of the Mooi River section for local trips on the same concession principle as currently applied.
